FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All Things Beautiful_'Telegram' - White.

HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU PLAN PER YEAR?

Just like in the design aspect of my work, I believe in always choosing quality over quantity. My goal is to always give you my undivided attention and all of my creative energy.

My bespoke service requires hours of creative and logistic work. There are no two couples alike, that's why you won't see me replicating work from one event to another.
Curating a truly unforgettable, entirely bespoke destination wedding takes time and focus.

The number of events I curate in a year is not set in stone, it is, however, limited by how all the commitments are spread in time in a given year.

IDEALLY, THE NUMBER OF DESTINATION WEDDINGS I PLAN IN A YEAR DOESN'T EXCEED 6.

HOW EARLY IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

I encourage couples to get in touch as early as 12-16 months ahead of the preferred date.

I also advise my couples to keep their guests in mind -  the sooner you start planning and fix the date, the sooner you can give your nearest and dearest notice to make all the travel-related arrangements.

DO WE HAVE TO BE SET ON A DESTINATION TO START WORKING WITH YOU?

You don't have to be set on a particular destination to start working with me. As an international planner, I am happy to advise and help you find the right fit for your vision, budget and unique needs.

WHAT DOES *INTERNATIONAL* DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING MEAN?

International destination wedding planning means that as a planner, I am not tied to one particular country.

I offer my services throughout all of Europe and the Mediterranean.

The beauty of running an international destination wedding planning studio is the freedom I am able to offer you in your search for the perfect wedding location, as well as peace of mind that wherever your love story takes you - ATB can & will follow.

PLANS, DATES, DESTINATIONS MIGHT CHANGE, BUT YOUR PLANNER DOESN'T HAVE TO.

Even though my primary focus and area of expertise is Europe, I am an international planner with experience of having lived in 14 (often very different) countries, on 4 different continents. That experience gave me a deep understanding of various cultures and made me an expert in seamlessly navigating new places.

MY VAST INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE PAIRED WITH MY EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF FELLOW CREATIVES, WEDDING PROFESSIONALS, VENDORS, SUPPLIERS, AND VENUES ALLOW ME TO CONFIDENTLY GUIDE & ADVISE YOU ON THE JOURNEY OF PLANNING YOUR DESTINATION WEDDING IN EUROPE AND BEYOND.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

During the high of the wedding season I am based in Central Europe. This strategic, central location allows me to easily access the furthest ends of Europe in a matter of maximum few short hours - that is key to offering planning services throughout the whole continent and the greater region of the Mediterranean.

Moving around is still, very much, a big part of my life. Apart from the work-related travels, I split my time between Milan, Athens and London, where I operate from for the remaining part of the year.

IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE (Brexit):

As an EU resident and an EU member state passport holder, I do not require a working visa or a permit to plan and execute your destination wedding in Europe.

WHY DON'T YOU LIST YOUR PRICES?

I chose not to list my prices, because just like the couples I work with, no two destination weddings are alike.

I charge a percentage of your budget, and the final quote depends on your budget, destination, scope of work, and multiple variables.

To learn more about my pricing download my brochure or schedule a consultation to learn how I can turn your wedding vision into stunning reality.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A PERCENTAGE OF A BUDGET INSTEAD OF A FIXED FEE?

My bespoke, curated destination wedding planning service is simply not an off-the-rack item. You deserve a wedding that's as unique as the two of you, and that is why after our initial consultation I prepare a bespoke proposal tailored to your specific vision and needs.

Curating a celebration that's one-of-a-kind and deeply personal means hours of creative and logistic work.

On average, a destination wedding takes 360+ hours to plan. By charging a percentage of your budget, you get full transparency of the cost, and I do not need to markup my rate to factor in potential changes to the scope of work.

If I were to fix a rate based on the average time it takes to plan a destination wedding, I would have to start a clock every time I dive in on Pinterest in search for inspiration or jump on a last-minute call with you to discuss something. That just doesn't feel right by you and feels restrictive to me, creatively.

Every celebration I plan, I pour my heart and soul into - I always want to deliver a world-class service, and the percentage based pricing model felt the most suitable to do so.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS FROM SUPPLIERS FOR RECOMMENDING THEM TO US?

This practice, however common in the wedding industry, is not often spoken about transparently enough. My approach to commissions is one of the reasons I chose to base my fee on the % of the overall wedding budget. I don't believe in lowering my rate to lure in clients, only to have suppliers inflate their rates to compensate me behind the couple's back.

That is why my only motivation behind putting vendors forward for your consideration is finding the very best team to execute your dream wedding. If a supplier wishes to reward me for a referral, it is welcome only if it comes from their budget, not yours.

With ATB what you see is what you get.
